Mini Road Trip

Author: Our Easter Sunday was such a memorable one. Thanks to my hubby who is always up and about and who always have surprises for my son and I.
We attended a service at this church where his Aunt and Uncle attend. It was our first time there, but everybody was nice so no problem. After the service, I thought we were headed home because we were invited for lunch at his brother’s house, but to my surprise, he headed to a different direction.
It then became a mini road trip. We visited three towns, Swannanoa, Black Mountain and Old Fort. The church was located in Swannanoa which is about half an hour drive from our city. Going to the two little towns took us about half an hour drive too. It was a winding road which reminded me of the city near our city back home. The only difference is, the roads were way much better.
We went back home after that, change clothes then headed to his brother’s house for our Easter lunch.
That was such a nice surprise from my sneaky husband. (“,)
