I Drool When I See the Food

Author: I am thousands of miles away from my family back home. Thanks to the latest technology and innovation with the use of video chat or video teleconferencing or whatever you call it, I don’t need to fly and spend money just to see them. With just a simple click, we’re already facing each other.
That is one reason why I never got homesick and I never really miss them though I’ve already been here for more than a year now. If there’s one thing that I really miss the most, it is the food because even though I can see it on the video, I can’t taste it. Poor me!

Our Talk Took a Walk!
I was supposed to talk with my friends today, but unfortunately, one of my friend’s laptop had problems. I waited on them and was already wondering what’s wrong when one of them called me and informed me of the dilemma. We were supposed to have a conference talk online with five of them back home, me here in the land of Uncle Sam and another friend in London.
We were not able to use the Conference call services which she acquired specifically for this day. That really sucked and I was disappointed. We were all unhappy about it because we’ve been looking forward to this day. Anyway, we still have more time for it, but then, we have to wait until their schedules will allow them to be together again. They are all busy women, you know. Oh well!
