There have been surprising stuff that has been arriving in our mailbox lately. To name a few, magazines that we didn’t subscribe to and credit card applications for me which is surprising because I didn’t apply for any. I do wonder how come they sent them to me.

They probably think I don’t have a credit card yet huh? Hee hee. Yes, I don’t have one yet since I just got here late last year. I do have plans of getting one because I really want to have a Visa reward card, but not yet; maybe when I find me a job. Our budget has been so tight and getting one is simply not the best to do at the moment. Soon…

People using coupons to save for just about anything is really admirable. I didn’t know it was a big thing until I saw these women who were featured on a television show that I regularly watch. You can actually save big and, imagine, they save hundreds of bucks a month by using coupons. That’s really great.

My husband is into it, but not as much as those women who really search for coupons that they can use online. They really spend time searching for coupons and their time on it have certainly paid of.

I will look into it too and see what I can do. I am eyeing things at Best Buy and, yes, I want to grab me some best buy coupons to save on those things. That would really be awesome!

My son’s school will have their spring musical program at the end of May. The theme is the 80’s flashback and they are required to wear an outfit from that era. I checked the dresses of that era online immediately and I think I will have a hard time looking for an outfit for him. I wish they would wear hip hop clothes instead since they’re easy to find. We will start looking for an outfit this weekend and I hope we’ll find one. Wish us luck!

After weeks of looking and browsing womens sandals, I finally found some of my size that I like. I am a size 5 and most of the stores, online or not, offer size 6 as the smallest. But I never gave up because I know that out there somewhere, there was a shoe that is especially made for me, and I wasn’t wrong.

I found them online last night, perfect design and perfect size. We ordered them immediately fearing that they will run out of stock. I would probably whine if that happened. They will arrive in five to seven business days and I can’t wait to try them on. Whoopy!!!

Everybody can’t wait for spring and they have been telling me that I for sure will love the Spring season here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. It will be mine and my son’s first experience of Spring since we arrived here in Autumn of last year.  The changing of seasons is new to us since our country is tropical thus we have a constant Summer season all throughout the year.
I am looking forward to Spring here but I am also looking forward to the Summer because I do wonder if it will be as hot as the Summer we have in our country. They say it can be as hot. That remains to be seen though. If so, no problem; I already have my hat ready as well as my son’s. I bought him a Kangol hat a few days ago and he‘ll be good to go.
