PostHeaderIcon ‘Tis the Season Means Shopping!

I am a typical woman who loves shopping, loves jewelry, loves dressing up and loves girl talk. It is our weakness. And I really do love shopping, but I’m not the kind who splurges on ridiculous things. I do know how to spend my money wisely. And I don’t go out shopping everyday; not every week. More often than not, I only go shopping if needed or if there are occasions that I need to attend.

So even though I would love to have one of those stainless steel necklaces, I am stopping myself because I just bought me a necklace on my birthday as a gift to myself and there’s no occasion in the near future that requires me to have any new baubles. But Christmas is fast approaching so maybe, yes; but that remains to be seen. It will still depend on my mood and of course, budget.

I would say that this year will be mine and my fiancé’s year because we are getting married this January. After all the dusty roads we had to travel to reach this destination, our time has come. We have no definite date yet because we still have to get our license which we will do this week. As soon as we have it, then we’ll begin the planning and preparation.

The preparations will be trying, I know, but I don’t really mind for I enjoy every bit of preparing for a wedding, especially since it’s mine. I still don’t know what we are going to do first after acquiring the license though. I need to shop for a bridal gown and we need to check for wedding bands. Either way, no problem with me. I will let my fiancé decide. He’s mentioned about what rings we’ll have which will be those cubic zirconia rings that he’s seen online. I’ve also decided on what style my bridal gown will be so I know we’ll not have difficulty in that aspect.

But there is still much more to think of after that. But I’ll cross the bridge when we get there. For now, those two shall come first.
