PostHeaderIcon A Very Nice Surprise

When I sent that e-mail, I was just like giving it a try. And much to my surprise, they’ve accepted it. I sent the e-mail on Saturday and the reply came today. While opening the e-mail, I was actually looking for the word “sorry” but it’s nowhere to be found there and what I saw was, “congratulations!” Yay! I still can’t believe it. That was such a nice Christmas gift. Thanks a lot! More power! (“,)

PostHeaderIcon Internet Connection Problems

It started around early afternoon yesterday, the connection is so slow and it disconnects from time to time. At first, the interval of the disconnection runs from two to three minutes. Later on, it got worse and the interval was only in seconds. It really sucks especially that I have important documents to e-mail to our clients. I actually thought that I won’t be able to talk to my fiance on Skype last night but fortunately, Skype wasn’t affected. That was surprising since I couldn’t open Yahoomail or Facebook.

Anyway, after my fiance’ and I parted last night, I thought the internet connection will be back to normal when I get up in the morning. But much to my dismay, it’s still the same. I was hoping it would at least get a little better around midday but nothing happened. So I finally called their hotline number around noon and reported the technical failures. I know it has something to do with their system because my niece who also has the same internet provider was also experiencing the same problem since yesterday.

It’s now past 3 o’clock in the afternoon and the connection is now getting much better. I’ve talked to their technician about twenty minutes ago and he admitted that they really had problems since yesterday but they’re getting back on the track now. Great!
