My husband’s buddy since high school paid him a visit last night. That was the third time that I’ve seen this guy, but I can say, I really like him because he is cool. He jokes a lot and he doesn’t seem to have a problem with anything. He smokes like my husband, too. The only difference is that he chooses to smoke cigars – arturo fuente cigars to be precise. My husband used to, but changed to cigarettes after he got tired of cigars.

His friend, Lewis, only stayed for a couple of hours because he had errands to do. He just dropped by because he will be leaving for Kenya on Monday. He’ll be back by February, though, and he said he’ll take us out and treat us to dinner. Cool!

I am talking about my girlfriends who are currently having their get-together at the other side of the globe. It’s past 10 o’clock in the evening there now while it is past 9 o’clock in the morning here at my end, and I am waiting for them on Skype so we could all talk. This get together of theirs is not only to make up for the lost time, but also to celebrate my wedding whom they were not able to attend. Wish they were there during my wedding, but it was simply impossible at that time.

I’ve been waiting for them on Skype for a while now and they are not still on. I guess they are busy chitchatting because they haven’t seen each other for a while too. I pretty well know what happens every time we have a get-together so, I really can’t blame them if they totally forgot about me. LOL. Nah, they are probably having problems logging on to Skype. I will just be patient and wait. (“,)

My fiance’ and I were talking about his good friend on our way home last night. He hasn’t seen him for a while now and thought it would be great to see him on our wedding. He is ten years younger than him but he is already on social security disability, and that’s because of the illness that he suffered from his previous job. It damaged one of his organs and he couldn’t work anymore, thus, he’s on disability.

I’ve only seen him on the photos that my fiance’ shared with me. I’ve already included him on the guest list and I do hope he would be able to attend our wedding so I will meet him personally. That would be nice.

I’ve been anxiously waiting for them for a couple of days now and finally they are here. Yay!!! I couldn’t hide my excitement when I saw the mailman coming towards the house. I ran to the door immediately and picked up the two boxes. Those were the things that I’ve ordered from two different online stores and what’s inside them are my surprises for my fiance’ this Christmas. I am pretty certain that he will be really surprised! It’s on his wish list and he never thought he’d get it since I can’t go to the mall myself without him because I still don’t know how to drive.

I just couldn’t thank my friend, Mabelle enough for helping me get it. I can’t use my Paypal here at Uncle Sam’s yet so she helped me. Thanks a lot, dear friend. I owe you a lot now. (“,)

Through Facebook is how my friends and I back home keep in touch. It’s where we not only update each other through posts but it’s also where we can have a good time despite the distance by just commenting on each other’s post or by sending private messages.

Yesterday was a fun-filled day for me. One of my friends sent me a private message and we exchanged messages from then on, and I really had a good laugh. That really made my day. She is the clown of the group and her jokes are just hilarious.
